This IP address belongs to an Australian ISP's cache server; users of the ISP have reported having edits run through this server. A lot of vandalism has been let through, but it cannot be permanently blocked on the basis that it is an ISP's server (in a similar fashion to AOL's proxy servers). Please monitor this IP. -- Grunt 22:06, 2004 Sep 30 (UTC)
