Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency (Chinese: 碧山-大巴窑集选区) is a five-member Group Representation Constituency located in the central area of Singapore. The GRC consists the entire areas of Bishan, Toa Payoh and Thomson. Since its formation in 1997, Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC has always been uncontested in with the People's Action Party winning the constituency on Nomination Day. The constieuency is led by Deputy Prime Minister Wong Kan Seng ever since its formation and its boundary has not changed since its creation. Its sub-constituencies are Bishan East, Bishan-Toa Payoh North, Thomson, Toa Payoh Central and Toa Payoh East.
