Cackalacky is the trademarked brand name for the mildly spicy sweet potato-based table condiment from the Carolinas. Cackalacky is also the company's founder's nickname the Carolina cookout country.
The Cackalacky Classic Condiment Company is a "regional favorite" - available mostly in retail outlets and grocery stores throughout the Carolinas. The company also has an official mascot and theme song that are also registered with the United States Patent and Trademark office.
