Airfields closed during the Army-to-Air Force transition planning that performed AAF personnel cuts<!--{{r|AETChistory}}{{rp|60}}--> included [[Indian Springs Army Airfield]] (Jan 47), [[Enid Field]] (31 Jan), and [[Goodfellow Field]] (1 May)}}
