Cherryhill Township is a township in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,842 at the 2000 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 49.5 square miles (128.3 km²), of which, 48.8 square miles (126.4 km²) of it is land and 0.7 square miles (1.8 km²) of it (1.43%) is water.
