Recommendation G.9963 is a standard being developed by ITU-T that adds MIMO capabilities to the G.hn standard[1] (originally defined in Recommendation G.9960). The standard is also known as "G.hn-mimo". Devices that comply with G.9963 will be fully interoperable with G.9960 devices.
As part of the family of G.hn standards, G.9963 has been endorsed by HomeGrid Forum [2]
