Gordon euryale seed cake is a kind of Chinese dessert which originated from xitang town in jiashan zhejiang.It tastes sweety and chewy.

Materials

fresh gorgon fruit,sweet rice flour,sugar.

Process

1.boil the gorgon fruit thoroughly then dry them in the sun and levigate them.

2.mix them with sweet rice flour,sugar and water.Then knead the dough.

3.compress the dough into rectangles and steam them.

Efficacy

tonifying spleen and kidney.
