Green Mountain National Forest is a national forest located in Vermont. It is roughly 300,000 acres (1,210 km2), of various types of forest supporting many species of wildlife. Common mammals found in the Green Mountain National forest are beaver, moose, black bear, white tailed deer, among others. It also supports an abundant variety of bird species. Found in 1932
