Gull Island is a granite island, with an area of 8.5 ha, in south-eastern Australia. It is part of Tasmania’s Passage Island Group, lying in eastern Bass Strait south of Cape Barren Island in the Furneaux Group. It is a conservation reserve.
Recorded breeding seabird and wader species include Little Penguin, Short-tailed Shearwater, White-faced Storm-Petrel, Pacific Gull, Silver Gull, Sooty Oystercatcher and Crested Tern.[1]
