Jerome Frank (September 10, 1889 - January 13, 1957) was an outstanding jurist and played a leading role in legal realism movement.
Frank was born in New York City, N.Y., in 1889. He was a Judge of U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit from 1941 to 1957.
