Masaki Tsuji (born March 23, 1932) is a legendary screenwriter of Japanese anime TV series and films. He was most active in the business from the 1960s through the 1980s, and worked as a script writer on many popular series for the Toei Animation studio as well as for Mushi Productions on the anime versions of Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy, Princess Knight and Kimba the White Lion.
