North Henderson is located in southeastern Mercer County at 41°5′23N 90°28′31W / 41.08972°N 90.47528°W / 41.08972; -90.47528 (41.089830, -90.475184).[3] It is 21 miles (34 km) southeast of Aledo, the county seat, and 14 miles (23 km) northwest of Galesburg.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, North Henderson has a total area of 0.23 square miles (0.60 km2), all land.[1]
