There have been two creations of baronets with the surname Orr-Ewing, both in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. The first was created for Archibald Orr-Ewing on 8 March 1886. The second was created for Sir Archibald's great-grandson, Ian Orr-Ewing on 27 June 1963.

Orr Ewing of Ballikinrain, Stirling (1886)

He married firstly Venetia Turner on 10 December 1965. They divorced in 1972 and Orr-Ewing then married as his second wife Nicola Black, a great-granddaughter of James Innes-Ker, 7th Duke of Roxburghe. They have one son, Alastair.

The Heir Apparent is Alastair Frederick Archibald Orr-Ewing (b. 1982)

Orr Ewing of Hendon, Middlesex (1963)

The Heir Apparent is Archie Cameron Orr Ewing, (b. 1969) who has male issue.
