Sheridan Morley (born December 5, 1941) is an English author, biographer, critic, director, actor and broadcaster. He is the eldest son of actor Robert Morley and grandson of actress Gladys Cooper, and has written biographies of both.

Morley was born in Ascot, Berkshire and grew up in Hollywood and England. He was educated at Sizewell Hall, Suffolk and Merton College, Oxford.

In the 1960s he worked as a reporter for ITN, before going on to The Times as assistant editor and then Punch as drama critic and arts editor. He has worked as drama critic for International Herald Tribune, The Spectator and the Daily Express. Morley also presented Late Night Line-Up and Film Night for BBC Two and The Arts Programme for BBC Radio 2.

He is married to the critic and television producer Ruth Leon.
