Article in Sovetsky Sport on 18 April 1989

Some international media mentioned about an article about the Luzhniki disaster, published by Sovetsky Sport on 18 April 1989, few days after the Hillsborough disaster, and three months before the notorius "black secret" article.[1][2][3] Unfortunately, I was not able to locate the text of this article yet. It looks like it was actually a list of the football disasters in the history, and Luzhniki disaster was mentioned among others. --Potorochin (talk) 15:38, 14 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Photos of the match

This match was not considered to be very important and there were very few of journalists on the stadium. The only good photos of the game, which depict the fans on the tribunes, I found only in the Italian "La tragedia segreta del Luzhniki"[4] article. --Potorochin (talk) 17:09, 14 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Video footage of the match

Unfortunately, no video footage of the 1982 crush or its aftermath was made. But the footage from the match itself does exist. Different episodes from it, i.e. the moments of the first and the second[5] goals were included in the documentaries about the Luzhniki disaster. --Potorochin (talk) 17:57, 14 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
