That this company has sustained itself with its deceptive and scientifically invalid practices for a period of time does not add to its credibility nor waive the need for impartial third party sourcing.

This company has never offered support for its product claims that meets the standards of publication of peer-reviewed research. This company is infamous for making claims via comparisons that are subject to significant expectation bias and are thus scientifically invalid. This company has never offered peer-reviewed double blind ABX test results to substantiate any of its claims. Several freeware applications (e.g. foobar2000) and less costly applications (JRiver) have been shown through scientifically valid tests to be superior.
