It seems pretty clear that the original article, full of puffery and NGO advocacy, has been created almost entirely from the organization's own POV by an editor with a conflict of interest and didn't have a valid careful article review. I have tried to clean up most of the worst problems, but the entire article needs more work from uninvolved interested editors to clean up this self-promotional NGO homepage and include more independent sources if available.
