The article is about planes in the DoD's X-series of aircraft designations (see 1962 United States Tri-Service aircraft designation system), currently X-1 through X-51. There have been other types of experimental aircraft, such as the Chance-Vought/LTV XC-142A. However, the XC-142 is in the Cargo-series; it was intended to be put into eventual production. As all other aircraft in the X-plane list are in the X-series, and the list is fairly long already, I believe it is best to leave the XC-142 off of this list. --BillCJ03:40, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I put a break in at the beginning (and reverted Ericg's edit removing it) because in Netscape, without this break, the text runs over the v.d.e. buttons at the top left. Akradecki01:14, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I saw your edit and was curious because I couldn't reproduce the problem... Which versions of Netscape? Because I thought Netscape used the same rendering engine of Firefox, and here under Firefox the templatre looks ok. // Duccio02:22, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've got Netscape 7 on one of my laptops, and I know others (though a minority) use it as well. My thoughts are to make the template as universal as possible. Akradecki03:02, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
