Furthermore, as mentioned on the talk page, it is never once said that the nuclear world was the "real world", so I think quoting the term is improper. I think simply saying "the world" is more neutral in this case and more accurately fits the letter of the original text, it still implies reality without inventing a quote. Otherwise, some reorganization/undo
