Artem.G (talk) 05:54, 12 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]Hello!
I appreciate your interested in the Timeline of Spaceflight. However, the new modifications to the Timeline of Spaceflight pages make them look really ugly and unprofessional, particularly with the giant, unnecessary infobox. I'd like to revert these edits. Please note that we have a Timeline of Spaceflight Working Group, and the articles you are modifying are Featured Articles, Featured Article Candidates, or are in the process of being improved for FAC. Dramatic adjustments are not warranted, at least without discussion.
Also, could we have a citation on the 1937 launch that reached 100km in altitude?
--Neopeius (talk) 21:17, 16 August 2021 (UTC) I do agree, however, it is not very useful to have the timeline of spaceflight box be at the bottom (below the references), as the average reader stops reading at the references, and would not see it. @Neopeius: — Preceding unsigned comment added by 100.2.238.109 (talk) 10:25, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I am looking for projects in WikiProject Spaceflight to work on. I know that I have used Wikipedia for years before editing, and most of the time I just take a glance from a web search result. Even if I go into an article, I almost never even read the whole lead section, and I basically never read the full article. I have never once read past the references. I get that there has been a consensus about this, but it simply makes no sense. Why include something that will never be seen? It's like putting it in an invisible comment. Why bother? @Neopeius: — Preceding unsigned comment added by 100.2.238.109 (talk) 18:46, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. I do like lists, although my large focus on them is also due the fact that Wikiproject Spaceflight had abysimal coverage on them (though editors have been rapidly adding more since 2019). I actually started making lists in October 2020 (I have been under multiple IP adresses and accounts, such as Yref9375talk, 1816spacetalk, 98.192.31.92talk, 68.19.11.283talk, 71.183.212.131talk, 100.2.238.109talk). Please add future comments at User talk:71.183.212.131#New infoboxes. 100.2.238.109talk Also, would you be interested in joining a WikiProject SpaceX if I can find enough editors to propose it? @Neopeius:
