Hello there. You left a couple things on my talk page regarding changes I made to a couple of articles (Baltimore County Police Department and Anne Arundel County Police Department). I am happy to cite sources for the changes I made, quite happy. However, I noticed that you completely deleted the Rank Structure for one of the articles, and I must say this confuses me. Nearly all law enforcement agency articles include rank structures. I'll be adding them, with appropriate sources, some time soon.
