The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. Your edit at [[1]] which was 8 years ago added an incorrect source relating to a different artist. The artist referenced in the citation is not Giovanni Strazza, but Pietro Magni.
