Whack! You've been whacked with a wet trout. Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly. |

Notice: An RFC is being conducted here at Talk:Hard diskdrive#RFC on the use of the IEC prefixes. The debate concerns this table which includes columns comparing SI and Binary prefixes to describe storage capacity. We welcome your input

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged revisions, underwent a two-month trial which ended on 15 August 2010. Its continued use is still being discussed by the community, you are free to participate in such discussions. Many articles still have pending changes protection applied, however, and the ability to review pending changes continues to be of use.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under level 1 pending changes and edits made by non-reviewers to level 2 pending changes protected articles (usually high traffic articles). Pending changes was applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't grant you status nor change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Dabomb87 (talk) 03:04, 3 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Hydriz, I have done these two edits to accept that redirect request as Boeing 77W does refer to the Boeing 777-300ER, which is on the Boeing 777 article. For further reference, see 77L, which refers to Boeing 777-200LR, also part of the Boeing 777 family - TBloemink (talk) 13:25, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for uploading File:CPanel screenshot.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 17:05, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Hydriz,
Thanks for signing up for the Feedback Dashboard response team! I wanted to let you know that the tool just got an important update (see here for details). I also wanted to invite you to the IRC office hours session that Steven and I are going to hold this Sunday, December 4. Hope you can make it and share your experience/questions with us! Thanks again, Maryana (WMF) (talk) 23:54, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Hydriz, I want to thank you for taking the time to give me a message on my Talk page. I do feel like there are many things that could be done to make Wikipedia better. One suggestion I would make is to incorporate real-time editing. A user should see the changes of another user in real time. This is just a suggestion, and it may be hard to implement the technology on the server, but it is worth a shot. I would also want discussion to be more fluid and dynamic. For example, it would be nice to have a threaded discussion board. These are just some of the many ideas I have that can allow users to easily edit Wikipedia pages. I looked at the Visual Editor Sandbox and was impressed at how simpler the user interface looks. Thank you for your time. --TJRana (talk) 12:25, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, Hydriz! I've seen that you have contributed a lot to Wikipedia, especially reverting vandalism and responding to user feedback. Therefore, I congratulate you for that. I hope you can continue contributing to Wikipedia, as Wikipedia is a website that is a result of everyone's contributions! Welcome!
P.S. I was the one whom you responded to my feedback. See Special:FeedbackDashboard/11918. Jedd Raynier (talk) 07:49, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply] |

Hi Hydriz! A few updates for you about Wikipedia:Teahouse, since you're one of our awesome Teahouse hosts!:
Very exciting things are taking place, and we'll be opening the Teahouse no later than Monday. Feel free to ping me on or off wiki, and I can't wait to work with you to welcome new editors with a warm cup of tea :) SarahStierch (talk) 03:26, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Hydriz! Great news: The Teahouse is open for business! We're ready to start inviting new users, answering questions and inspiring one another. If you haven't already taken a look at the links provided in the most recent Teahouse update, posted on your talk page, please do! Don't forget to add yourself to the Host page if you haven't already. What's next? Inviting hosts and reporting your invitation information.
See you at the Teahouse! SarahStierch (talk) 18:39, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Hydriz! We haven't seen you at the Teahouse yet since it opened and I just wanted to drop by and say hi and see if you were still interested in participating in the pilot -if so, great! And if not, that's fine too, it'd just be great to know your status (or if you're busy and will be helping out soon!)! We need hosts to be helping invite and continue to answer questions on the Q&A page! Let me know if you're still interested in participating in the pilot, and hopefully we'll see you there :) Sarah (talk) 23:42, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
