Please help me with...
My edit on World War II Admiral John Howard Hoover was disallowed in February. If findagrave.com is a reputable source, here is evidence that Admiral Hoover was the grand-uncle of singer Jim Morrison.
If I put these in a footnote, would that constitute verification?
Thank you.

Please help me with... I have made at least two attempts to edit the page of Admiral John H. Hoover (1887-1970) to point out that he was the grand-uncle of Doors singer Jim Morrison. My edit keeps being reverted. You say that Find A Grave is not a reliable source. Is it reliable if used in conjunction with Wikipedia? According to Wikipedia, Jim Morrison’s father was Rear Admiral George Stephen Morrison (1919-2008), who’s mother was Caroline Hoover Morrison (1891-1904), and who’s father was Paul Raymond Morrison (1886-1971). You can find those entries easily enough on Find A Grave, and they show that John was Caroline’s brother. There are also articles on newspapers.com indicating that George was John’s nephew. I can furnish these clips. Joekoontz (talk) 03:59, 12 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
