He is currently a pastor and motivational speaker.

Francis played college football at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

He is married to Sharon Francis. He has a son named Micah who is a missionary to the people of Zambia. He has a daughter named Brittney who is married and a tax accountant.
