Actinolepis is an extinct genusofactinolepid[5] placoderm from the Early Devonian. Four species are known: A. magna from Estonia,[2] A. spinosa from Latvia (Sevy Dolomite),[3] the type species A. tuberculata from New Zealand (Adam Mudstone Formation)[1] and A. zaikai from Belarus (Lepel Beds).[4]
