Description
English: Member states of the European Social Charter, as of March, 2010.

Light green - members of ESC (1961 version) Dark green - members of the Revised ESC (1996 version) White - not members of any version of the charter. Grey - not member states of the Council of Europe. Borders used, including disputed territories with no or few recognitions (Abkhazia, S. Ossetia, Transnistria, NKR, Northern Cyprus) as parts of UN member states claiming them. NB Charter doesn't apply in Greenland, according to Denmark's declaration made in 1965 and in force, as of 2010.
