Description
English: In March 1947, the chairman of the Secretary of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RFSFR Peter Bakhmurov opened the first meeting to create new national flag of the RFSFR. Since then, some proposals were created. One proposed flag added white, blue and red stripes all were 1/9 of the flag height.
