Hartley House, formerly known as Hartley House Settlement, is a not for profit corporation, operating since 1897 as a charity serving the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of ManhattaninNew York City. Since its founding, the Hartley House has been operating from 413 West 46th Street in Manhattan.
