The title of the song came to the artist at random during a marijuana-influenced phone conversation, but was confirmed decades later on Twitter by the artist to be a reference to prolapse, as well as the moment of a man tossing woman onto a bed in the middle of sexual climax.[2][3] When asked by NORE and DJ EFN in an interview, he originally stated:
I had smelled some weed and I didn’t inhale, you know? After I smelled the weed I laid on this couch and I was talking to some girl [on the phone]. I said ‘yeah yeah’ and she was like ‘what are you talking about?’ I said ‘I don’t know, I’m thinking about pink cookies in a plastic bag getting crushed by buildings right now.’ She was like ‘What...? “Pink Cookies in a plastic bag” is when you literally turn the [PEACH] inside out. (looks like pink cookies lol) Getting “crushed by buildings” is standing/carrying your (sex) partner then tossing them on the bed at the HEIGHT of the “O”
