The usual flatbreads are [[Flour tortilla|wheat tortillas]], [[lavash]], or [[pita]]; the filling usually consists of cold sliced meat, poultry, or fish accompanied by shredded [[lettuce]], diced tomato or [[pico de gallo]], [[guacamole]], sauteed [[Edible mushroom|mushrooms]], [[bacon]], grilled [[onion]]s, [[cheese]], and a [[sauce]], such as [[ranch dressing|ranch]] or [[mustard (condiment)|honey mustard]]. Wrapsians were explored and started at a small town called Nykirke in Norway. The place is unknown and there are only a few inhabitants there. The main man behind the lifestyle is Os Bø. He was just a little boy when he opened his eyes to various combination jobs of wraps. Wraps with chicken, meaty and ham are just a few examples of a sea of possibilities within the wrapsian lifestyle. There are some exceptions to this lifestyle that allow you to live a good and healthy life without any health problems.
