Rollback

  • WP:RFP/R
  • I request rollback rights to help with fighting vandalism, as Twinkle does not always work well on mobile devices, which I primarily edit from. I frequently patrol New Pages and recent IP edits to check for vandalism and other disruption. dudhhrContribs 05:11, 3 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Done with minor reservations. I hate this edit; it's contrary to everything we're going for here but I'm letting it slide because it was in your first month or so of editing and I can't see any instances of you repeating the behaviour. Just note that if you do anything like that in the future, you're going to be given more than just a warning. Anarchyte (talk) 07:59, 28 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Checking and working on many History and military pages, some of them current events, that are often target of vandalism, massive IPs disruptive edits on tables, numbers, and facts. Rollback will help me to get pages to their last stable version and avoid broken links, contradicting numbers, etc.Mr.User200 (talk) 02:42, 6 September 2021 (UTC) Mr.User200 (talk) 02:42, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Most of my edits on Wikipedia consist of removing vandalism I encounter and I believe having rollback privileges would be helpful for me to continue effectively removing vandalism. Darththorn (talk) 12:51, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I request rollback rights to help fight vandalism, doing this in a quicker way. Thijslandsmeer (talk) 21:29, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I'm RFZYNSPY. I'm requesting rollback rights because I want to use Huggle to its fullest extent. I have been using Huggle as a way to monitor vandalism, but I'm limited to the read-only version of the English wiki without rollback rights. Because of this, I'm also unable to warn users through Huggle or mark edits as good or bad in order to change editor confidence. I am a strong candidate for using rollback because I'm currently enrolled in the WP:CVUA and I'm coming up on my 1,000 edit milestone. I will treat rollback with care, making sure it is only used for the speedy reversion of clear vandalism. Thanks for your consideration. RFZYNSPY talk 05:33, 16 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
HiRFZYNSPY, please notify me as soon as you've graduated from CVUA, and I'll happily grant it. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:18, 18 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to request permissions for Rollback. The reason being is I encounter occasionally, usually from a sockpuppet account, and it would be much easier if I could use rollback, hence I am applying to gain the permission to do so, I have read the guidelines thoroughly and I understand the use of Rollback entirely. I believe I am responsible and trustworthy enough to use it. I have dealt with Vandalism from a sockpuppet on the British protectorate page, and Third Anglo-Afghan War page as signs of experience by reverting their edits. Noorullah21 (talk) 03:22, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I have been fighting against POV pushing (unsourced / poorly sourced) and vandalism, especially in the sensitive Indian caste related articles for years. I have to handle problematic edits and vandalism almost on a regular basis. I have gone through the details of this right. It would be really helpful for me if the right is granted. Thanks. Ekdalian (talk) 12:34, 21 September 2021 (UTC) Ekdalian (talk) 12:34, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Would request admins here to please review my request. Thanks & Regards. Ekdalian (talk) 06:54, 28 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
A user has edited a poorly watched page twice in an almost WP:Disruptive manner. There seem to be no watchers who will undo the repetition of WP:sections in his revisions: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Maratha_Invasion_of_Goa_(1683)&oldid=1045772150

I tried but I am unable to undo the repetition of sections, I could really use some rollback in this page to bring it back to WP:MOS and also whenever similar situations arise in the future. Nolicmahr (talk) 11:49, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nolicmahr I don't quite understand the reason for this request, but you appear to have been able to revert those edits - what's the problem? I'm not seeing regular reverting in your recent editing history that would indicate a need for the rollback tool. Girth Summit (blether) 14:49, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Girth Summit: Must read all the section subheadings in this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Maratha_Invasion_of_Goa_(1683)&oldid=1046356560 once to understand, please. It was in there after the 2nd disruptive edit, that I was very much out of options to undo the copy pasting of repetitive content. That's why I posted a request here. Nolicmahr (talk) 18:04, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I want to use rollback feature rights, it allows me to rollback faster for fighting vandalisms. Articles like Ex Battalion, Carmina Villarroel, Andrew E., Salbakuta and more articles that are not protected is full of edits of unregistered user, and most of them are doing vandalisms instead of editing properly. You can visit my user contributions, or the page history of the articles I mentioned above so you can see the vandalisms I reverted. It's hard to use the manual revert when I reverting a revision of a big articles. My device lags when I use manual revert to revert a revisions of a big article, Thank you. clipred (talk) 23:26, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I'm still waiting for the admins response. clipred (talk) 06:24, 28 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I request rollback rights to revert vandalism to some genuine articles redirected for wrong reasons.Gardenkur (talk) 02:01, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
