Has Maldonado succeeded to the presidency or only the presidential powers & duties? If the latter, wouldn't he still be vice president? GoodDay (talk) 17:38, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
My understanding is that he is not Acting. As VP, he succeded the President. It seems superficially like an acting role because the term is extremely short since the President Pérez Molina was near the end of his four year term when he resigned. Hektor (talk) 06:22, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
