Polling data with Jim Webb[edit]

I accidentally reverted the deletion of the Webb polling data without putting this in the edit summary, but a candidate dropping out of a race isn't a sufficient reason for deleting historical data. --Muboshgu (talk) 20:12, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He didn't drop out of the race, he was never in the race to start with. There is no reason to include general election data which will never be of any use to a reader. WMO Please leave me a wb if you reply 20:23, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Right, he didn't drop out. It could be useful as a baseline snapshot of the race, a look at the chances Webb might have had towards reelection, and a baseline way of comparing the Democratic party's chances without him compared to with. I don't see any harm in keeping it. --Muboshgu (talk) 00:08, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I lean towards keeping it as well. Though he never declared, there are plenty of candidates whose polling data has been included on here who never declared (witness the data including Bob McDonnell, Bill Bolling, etc.)Tyrenon (talk) 04:08, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Species[edit]

Possibly stupid question - does a Senate candidate need to be a human? Hack (talk) 16:21, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is incorrect information about Hank the cat[edit]

The article that was written about him that this web posting got the information from is incorrect. If you read Hank the cat website on Wikipedia it says that he got over 7300 votes and they raised $60000 not $16000. 2600:1010:A132:F071:992C:F4FF:D50:BE33 (talk) 21:13, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
