Is there a way (for a new article that has not used AFC) to mark said article for required AFC review before re-admittance to main? It's been sent to mainspace twice now prematurely and while they've made attempts at addressing the comments, the quality is lacking. I don't want to have a draftify war. Page in question is Hari Ballabh Narayan Singh if you or a talk page stalker could weigh in. Zinnober9 (talk) 13:05, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Zinnober9: If the author is challenging your draftification and the article does not meet any Speedy Deletion criteria, but you think the article is not ready for the mainspace, you can start an AfD. Participants can vote to Delete, Draftify, Redirect, or Keep. After that, the creator has to obey that decision. I hope this answers your query. GrabUp - Talk13:32, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I quite hadn't gotten to that point of pulling the AFD discussion trigger earlier, but I am now and agree with your assessment. I've added my vote and comments. Thanks. Zinnober9 (talk) 18:42, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
