Hakkımızda
İzmir’de yaşayan Gnu/Linux ve özgür yazılım sevdalılarını bir araya getirmek, birlikte projeler geliştirmek, var olan özgür yazılım projelerine destek vermek, daha çok insana özgür yazılımdan bahsetmek, bilgilendirmek üzere kurulmuş bir çalışma grubuyuz.
2012′nin Şubat’ında 4 kişi “Acaba bizim bölümde de bir şeyler yapabilir miyiz ki?” diye düşünürken, bir anda hayal ettiğimiz şeyleri hayata geçirmiş, sayımızı bir hayli arttırmış, hele de okuduğumuz bölümün dışına da çıkarak bu sayıyı arttırmış, İzmir’de yaşayan Gnu/Linux ve özgür yazılım sevdalılarının bir kısmını çalışma grubumuza toplamış halde bulduk kendimizi..
Yukarıda yer alan hedeflerimizin yanı sıra aynı felsefeyi benimseyip, İzmir’de hayatlarına farklı şekillerde, mesleklerde devam eden insanlar olarak hiç olmazsa tanışıp, buluşup birlikte bir şeyler yapalım diyor, bol bol görüşüp, oyun oynuyor, film,belgesel izliyor, en çok da bir şeyler yiyerek, saatlerce sürebilen sohbetler gerçekleştiriyoruz.. Ve biz bunların hepsini yaparken epey keyif alıyoruz.
“İzmir’de yaşayan..” diye başlasak da söze; aslında biz herkese açık bir çalışma grubuyuz!

İnsanları özgür yazılım hakkında bilgilendirmek ve bilinçlendirmek istiyoruz.
Etkinlikler
Gönüllü arkadaşlarımızın katılımı ve anlatımıyla sunumlar, kurulum şenlikleri, bilgilendirme çalışmaları, belgesel gösterimleri ve eğitimler düzenliyoruz.
Projeler
Zaman zaman E-Posta listemiz üzerinde kararlaştırdığımız projeler olabilir. Elimizden geldiğince özgür yazılıma katkı vermek istiyoruz.
