But bots flubbing up is better click-bait. There's an anti AI movement going on. For example, people who post AI political memes tend to get voted down on social media sites, with replies saying "get that AI slop outta here!" even if well-rendered, yet they don't complain nearly as much about bad Photoshop or MS-Paint.

I predict MS will "remedy" this by sticking allegedly fancy AIin it and promising soon-to-be-released modules that fetch you a beer and yank you off while gaming. The predicted best-selling title will be Boebert's Theater Counter-Stroke II

He rented "Monica does Bubba" and "Monica & Don do Bubba".
On a more serious note, we have a despot-wannabe trying to undo our democracy, DOS-ing the legal system in the process, and SCOTUS wants to argue over video viewer logs? Priorities, people, priorities!

Clickbaiters are taking specific topics, using AI to generate 100's of variations of the same topic (with lots of inaccuracies), then posting them under a hundred different user names. One can no longer usefully search on that topic because the click-baiter flooded the topic space with AI slop.
If you can, set the date parameters to search for stuff older than 2022, when flooders had to hand-build click-bait like God intended.

Nobody appears to be verifying such claims such that those who want to blame bots can. They are simply surveys. No executive likes to admit to a sales slump because that puts them in the crosshairs, so if they can find a relatively safe scapegoat they will.

Tablizer writes: Trump commented on the weapon when asked about reports this month that the Biden administration purchased a pulsed energy device suspected of being the type that caused “Havana Syndrome.”
That revelation followed on-the-ground accounts from Venezuela describing how Maduro’s gunmen were brought to their knees, “bleeding through the nose” and vomiting blood.
A self-identified member of the deposed strongman’s team of guards recounted afterward that “suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation.”...
“At one point, they launched something; I don’t know how to describe it. It was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside,” the witness said.
“We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move. We couldn’t even stand up after that sonic weapon — or whatever it was.”
