Totally anecdotal, but I know several people who have cancelled their reservations because they expected a $35K car and the only configurations being produced are $55k+. So they buy something like the Kia Niro or Nissan Leaf, instead. Tesla has already lost the under $40k EV market.

As of February, there are no plans for the Falcon 9 or the Falcon Heavy to ever be human rated. Elon is pushing that off until BFR, which won't even begin testing for another year.

Hi Rei,
I just logged in to thank you. Back in October, when I said Tesla stock overpriced, you dared me to short it. Well, I did and I made a 10% gain in under 3 months! My only regret was not holding onto that short even longer so I could benefit from Elon Musk's latest batshit conference to torpedo the stock even further. But that's why its called a "short", right? Thanks again.

If you don't put the item back the original spot, you should be charged anyway just for being an inconsiderate jerk.

Attached to: Former Facebook Exec Says Social Media is Ripping Apart Society
Social media might inflame people's emotions. But it neutralizes their actions.
The major revolutions of the 19th century happened because people had to physically gather in order to air their grievances, discuss their ideas, and design their plots. Once they had a crowd gathered together, it was literally a step away from marching out into the streets and taking to the barricades. The internet doesn't have that physical organizational power. Keyboard warriors fuming away at their desks are relatively harmless. Sure, you might get few lone kooks who shoot up a church. But the instant gratification of social media cannot sustain large scale organized action.

You're pretty cocky for someone who is clearly wrong, but refuses to admit it and keeps arguing anyway.

All that may be true. It wasn't cheap. It didn't have fast turn around. But it was still the first orbital class launcher to have a reusable first stage. All back when Elon Musk was still watching cartoons in his underoos.

Neither was SpaceX. Do you remember a little vehicle called the Space Shuttle? The only component that wasn't reused was the external fuel tank.

There is no God-given right prevent your work from being copied, either. In the US, copyright is founded on Article 1, Section 8, clause 8 of the Constitution. “To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries.” If we determine that copyright laws are not in harmony with promoting science and art, we are justified in overturning those laws.
