You're only learning now that the primary governing principle for this administration is spite?

It's hard to work up any enthusiasm for defending big pharma, but he's not wrong. The current administration is hell bent on turning back the clock on medical advances of the past century. This will be difficult to undo and many people will suffer in the meantime.

So, the lesson is: human drivers run into busses. That sounds like an argument in favor of automation.

It might be a little easier to take this seriously if he wasn't simultaneously subverting efforts to bring alternative energy sources on line.

It sounds like you've been asleep for a few years. They are getting quite realistic and will continue to become even more so. If you were the victim of one of these, you wouldn't be claiming they are harmless.

I also have an inherent dislike of subscriptions. But, I've noticed this: my ios apps that are subscriptions instead of one-time purchases get way better updates and support.

There are many things that could be done with VR to enhance the viewing experience, but no, that's not the complaint expressed in TFA about how Apple is doing the broadcast.

His primary criticism is that there are cuts between cameras. The alternative would be a view from a single place which, even from a courtside seat, isn't as good a view of the action as you can get from multiple cameras. It might be a realistic experience, but that single point of view would get tiresome pretty quickly.

1) DDT was never banned for anti-malarial use. Its use was abandoned for that purpose because it was no longer effective.
2) Please provide an answer to why the richest nation on earth should not help poor nations that is not a paraphrase of "I'm a douche".

The Trump administration's actions are despicable, but it was time for a new approach anyway.
There are major risks associated with messing with mother nature, but the severity of the malaria problem makes those risks worthwhile in this dire situation. It's time for the nuclear approach and make an all-out effort to eliminate the offending mosquito species. Nothing else has worked to stem the tide, so it's either that or a grim future of malaria deaths and disease.
