William Earle Lytton Bulwer was born circa 1799.2 He was the son of General William Earle Bulwer and Elizabeth Barbara Warburton-Lytton.1 He married Emily Gascoyne, daughter of General Isaac Gascoyne and Mary Williamson, on 11 December 1827 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.3 He died on 21 July 1877.2

Edward George Bulwer-Lytton, 1st Baron Lytton of Knebworth was born on 25 May 1803.2 He was the son of General William Earle Bulwer and Elizabeth Barbara Warburton-Lytton.1 He married Rosina Doyle Wheeler, daughter of Francis Massy Wheeler and Anne Doyle, on 29 August 1827.2 He and Rosina Doyle Wheeler were separated in 1836.2 He died on 18 January 1873 at age 69.2
He was given the name of Edward George Earle Lytton Bulwer at birth.2 He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for St. Ives between 1831 and 1832.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Lincoln between 1832 and 1841.2 He was created 1st Baronet Bulwer, of Knebworth, co. Rev. Canon John Neale Dalton was born on 24 September 1839.1 He was the son of Reverend John Neale Dalton and Elisa Maria Allies.1 He married Catherine Alicia Evan-Thomas, daughter of Charles Evan-Thomas, in 1886.1 He died on 28 July 1931 at age 91.1
He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1881.1 He held the office of Canon and Steward of St. George's Chapel, Windsor between 1885 and 1931.1 He was tutor and governor to HRH Prince Albert Victor (later teh Duke of Clarence) and HRH Prince George (later HM King George V.)1 He held the office of Chaplain-in-Ordinary to HM Queen Victoria between 1891 and 1897.1 He wrote the book The Cruise of H.M.S.
