Court packing means adding seats to a court, then filling those seats with agreeable judges/justices, in order to get favorable rulings. Trump did no such thing. He nominated justices as seats opened up as any POTUS is supposed to do. The fact that he nominated an unusually high number of justices was just a matter of random chance.
One thing that allowed Trump to appoint so many justices to SCOTUS was that Ginsburg chose to stay on the court than retire due to declining health while a like minded POTUS
