昨年11月からアトラエにジョインして半年が経ちました。 今までティール組織やホラクラシー組織のインプットもして頭で理解していましたが、アトラエでは今までの組織との違いを感じました。中に入って実際に業務することで実感したこともあります。そんなアトラエ流のホラクラシー組織で、業務を通してわかったことなど、まだ半年ですが今時点で整理してみました。 ビジョンやバリューの位置付けどんな組織でもビジョン・ミッション・バリューは原点となり迷った時に立ち返る場所となりますが、ヒエラルキー組織の場合、ビジョンが上段にあり、事業としてのミッションと人の集団としてのバリューが左右にある三角形で表現できると考えています。 ホラクラシー組織の場合、ビジョンやバリューは中心に位置付けられるコアとなり、事業としてのミッションはコアから外側方向に伸びたものとなり円で表現できると考えています。 余談ですが、多角経営している
