【北京=幸内康】中国国家統計局が18日発表した2012年7~9月期の国内総生産(GDP)の速報値は、物価の変動を除いた実質で前年同期比7・4%増だった。 伸び率は4~6月期の7・6%より0・2ポイント低下し、7四半期連続で前期を下回った。欧州の財政・金融危機の長期化で、輸出が引き続き伸び悩んでいるためだ。中国の景気減速が改めて確認され、世界経済の先行きは一段と不透明感を増してきた。 1~9月期のGDP伸び率は7・7%となり、政府が目標とする年7・5%成長は達成できそうだ。ただ、10月以降の景気急回復は難しいとみられており、12年通年の伸び率は、1999年以来、13年ぶりに8%割れとなる公算が大きい。 輸出は1~9月で前年同期比7・4%増えたが、1~6月の9・2%増から減速し、11年通年(前年比20・3%増)の水準には遠く及ばない。1~9月は欧州向けが5・6%減で足を引っ張っている。 個人消
