All creative works minus photographs which can contain an intellectual right but of which the owner is not known. These works may be in a literary, artistic, educational, or musical form with, again, the exception of photographs. This is to differentiate between the different durations of intellectual rights as stated by Cuban law. (note that I'm just a member of the audience, but saw your unanswered question.)
