Castrignano de' Greci (Griko: Καστρινιάνα, Kascignàna; Salentino: Cascignanu) is a small town and comune of 4,107 inhabitants in the province of LecceinApulia, southern Italy. It is one of the nine towns of Grecìa Salentina.
