Gorodishche (Russian: Городи́ще) is an urban locality (awork settlement) and the administrative centerofGorodishchensky DistrictofVolgograd Oblast, Russia, located 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) northwest of Volgograd. Population: 21,381 (2010 Russian census);[1] 19,466 (2002 Census);[5] 15,049 (1989 Soviet census).[6]
