For court cases, we do not really cover day-to-day events in the courtroom, as we are looking at the long-term implications. As well as given this is only the hearing to determine if there will be a preliminary injunction placed on the merger, which itself may affect the merger itself. Should this get to a full case (that is, presuming that a preliminary injunction is granted and MS decides to continue with the merger and thus fight the FTC further), then perhaps a separate page makes sense. I would recommend draftying this until we have a better picture if this legal action is that important to get into that much depth, separate from the existing proposed acquisition page.
