St. Ignatius Catholic School is a school in George Town,[1] Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, serving pre-school/nursery through to Year 13 students. St Ignatius is known island wide for its excellent musical department and productions.

As of 2023[update] there are 725 students from over 20 countries.
The school began in September 1971 as Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The secondary school opened in 1994.[2]
The current Head of School is Mr. Simon Testa.
