The source of the "logical backing" for Noah's ark being in Iran was written by the same organization that funded the expedition. Furthermore, the leader of the expedition is the president of that same organization. This ought to be made explicit in the article.

It is mentioned that Hara is derived by PIE *ser-, meaning according to the article "watch over". The Wiktionary article, however, states that *ser- means "bind, tie together".
