In 'Introduction' section:- Shouldn't there be a case dealing with condition when Y*Transpose(Y) is singular? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 180.149.51.66 (talk) 11:21, 22 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

The intro section only briefly discusses how to solve standard linear equations, exemplified with a common case of a unique solution that is provided in the non-singular case. This is to illustrate how and why they differ from equivalences in projective geometry which, although they appear to have a similar form, must be deal with in a rather different way. A general discussion on solutions of linear equations can be fond here. --KYN (talk) 21:02, 22 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
